Strategic and Organizational Action Planning:
In the winter of 2020, the Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Lake Region Heritage Center engaged with Strengthen ND to develop a three-year strategic plan. Through a board-driven planning process, all who participated were able to better understand the current operating landscape of the Lake Region Heritage Center, along with articulating their big dreams for its future. Laid out in their strategic plan are the details of the planning process, relevant outcomes, and the distilled goals and strategies to guide future growth and development of the Lake Region Heritage Center’s programming and asset development.
