Strategic and Organizational Action Planning:
On June 11, 2020, leadership and volunteers of Growing Together Garden Ministries came together to walk through a modified strategic planning process. The modified process included:
- SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Development in Teams
- Internal Hot Topics: Based on our strengths and weaknesses, what three internal questions do we need to answer to be successful in 2022? How will we do this?
- External Hot Topics: Based on our opportunities and threats, what three external questions do we need to answer to be successful in 2022? How will we do this?
- Development of Goals & Objectives
From this process, six goals and associated strategies were developed to grow the impact of Growing Together Garden Ministries in the Fargo area.
